We usually accept T/T,L/C,please send email to negotiate payment term if you can not accept T/T or L/C. Normally customer need to pay 30% deposit, and client need arrange balance before shipment. Then factory send original documents or telex release for the goods.Iron framework with axternal plywood and seaworthy packing.Please send us email for extra cost of different packing. Different products will spend different production peiord:30-120days after the deposite received.For the urgent order, please send us email for negotiate.
We usually make 30-50% deposite or open L/C at sight after received our PI.Client approve our design by drawing and we will arrange production.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently, you can pay via L/C,Western Union,T/T(bank transfer).
What is the Warranty & Insurance?
Buyers are responsible for additional tax, customs fee and Duty for importing. Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for package lost or damaged during delivery if they are not insured.
What is the Return Policy?
1. If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us within 7 days. Product exchange notified after 3 days may not be honored for replacement.
2. The product must be returned in its original presentation package. And the product could be returned only if it is natural broken and it has never been used Please include in the returned package your name, email address, telephone number, and reason for return.
3. Buyer should be responsible for ALL Return shipping costs.

Usually,we will arrange the professional technical personel to instal and debug.But the cost should be negoted .
